Yes! When you and your roommates sign up for one of our beautiful 3 bedroom homes, each of you will get your own individual lease. This means that you share the common areas of the home but are only responsible for the rent on your room!
Yes! We know that who you live with is just as important as where you live. We offer roommate connection events and online options so you have the control in finding the roommate you connect with best!
Rent is due on the 1st of every month and considered late after the 5th. There is a $50 late fee. Tenants have the option of either bringing their payment to the office or paying online in their resident portal. As a courtesy to our tenants, we gladly accept pre-paid rent.
Your rent includes high-speed “smart building” internet, trash service and monthly maid service for your unit’s common areas and bathrooms! Electricity, gas and water are billed back to each resident to avoid the hassle of deciding who has to set up the accounts and collecting money from your roommates every month!
